Digital Jpeg Purchase

Get your hands on a full resolution digital Jpeg of my amazing images! For just $30 for personal use or $40 for Commercial use. You'll be saving big bucks compared to getting a photographer out to take photos for you.

Personal Photography License

If you want the image for personal use (photo albums, wall art, etc.), you will only need a personal license. That license and the accompanying fee will give you the right to use the product for PRIVATE & Personal use, including printing for gifts and products AS LONG AS they are not sold or used for business or advertising purposes. This must not be given away to others to use. If you wish to give copies away, you must purchase a Commercial use License. 

With personal use rights, you do not have the right to claim the work as your own, edit or alter the image in anyway and typically you should attribute the work to the original photographer.

Commercial Photography License

A commercial photography license, on the other hand, grants you the right to use the photo for advertising and for-profit purposes. You can also give a copy to a company/club for use within the organisation etc This is not however a full copyright release nor does it give you exclusive use rights. 

Copyright will always remain with Nic's Pics Photography. I do not sell the copyright to any images. 

In order for me to know which photo you are after, you can either message me on my facebook business page with a screenshot of the image you are after, or send me a message through the contact me form on this website. I am endeavouring to simplify this process, but so far, I have not found the easiest way to name/number and display images to view, due to the large quantity of images I take.
